THOMAS D. NEWCOMB
President Tom has spent his entire professional career in the hospitality industry. After graduating from Denison University, he joined the Stouffer's Food Corporation and worked his way from an hourly employee to corporate regional management. As the founder of Campus Dining, Inc. and Corporate Dining, Inc., Tom focuses on committing to projects where the team relationship will provide long-term strategic benefits for the clients . This represents over eighty (80) projects per year. Pioneering the confidential data sharing of campus and corporate Dining Service liaisons . He conducts project work, original research projects and teaches workshops on dining services. H e has brought together such colleges and universities as Harvard, Cornell, Louisiana State University, Bucknell , Clemson, University of Rochester, Notre Dame, Franciscan, University of North Carolina , Wayne State, University of Alabama, Boston College, and Providence College. Tom's project work includes, University of Central Florida, Notre Dame University, Manhattan College, John Carroll University, Northeastern University, Gettysburg College, The College of the Holy Cross, and Penn State University.
Tom is a member of NACUFS, NACAS , NACUBO, Society for Foodservice Management (SFM), American Society for Quality Control, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the SFM . He speaks nationally and internationally on the Process of Benchmarking , Customer Satisfaciton, and Quality Assurance at such events as the Food Service Consultants Society Annual Conference, NACAS, NACUFS, International Facilities Managers Society World Workplace, SFM Annual Conference, and Best Practice and Food Mark ® Workshops.

WILLIAM A. DINGWELL
Senior Project Manager
Bill has worked with Tom Newcomb for twenty (20) years. Since graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, Bill has been responsible for the design and construction of over 250 hospitality projects. As Executive Vice President of Miller International Group, he was responsible for restaurant construction in all states east of the Mississippi River.
With Brown Derby Restaurants, a client of Miller International Group, he successfully directed their $9,000,000 expansion program in six states. As Director of Design and Construction, he was responsible for site evaluation, project estimating, design, construction, and maintenance of fifty-five (55) Dining Service and hotel projects.
For the last twenty (20) years Bill and Tom have worked together on a variety of projects throughout the United States.
Bill has completed projects for Campus and Corporate Dining, Inc. for such clients as Manhattan College, University of Central Florida, Procter & Gamble, Federal Reserve Bank, Penn State University, Nationwide Insurance, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Firstar, Westfield Companies, Motorola, International Monetary Fund, Hillsborough Community College and Wassau Insurance.
He has two sons and resides in Cary, North Carolina.

MARGARET M. STEFANEK, R.D., L.D.
Senior Project Manager
Maggie has worked with Campus Dining, Inc. for seventeen (17) years. Maggie graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics . She completed her Dietetic Traineeship at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, Harvey, Illinois and is registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the State of Ohio.
Maggie was employed by Stouffer's Corporation in their Management Food Service Division. She was later promoted to Regional Staff Marketing Manager responsible for promotions, marketing, sales, and new facility openings.
In 1989, Maggie worked with Cini-Little International, food service consultants, as a Project Coordinator . She came to Corporate Dining, Inc. in May of 1991 as a Project Manager.
Maggie is involved in projects that encompass Auxiliary Services Staffing Assessments, Financial Reviews, Operations Reviews, Request for Proposal Processes, and Strategic Planning for various clients throughout the United States.
Maggie's current project group inclu des Cuyahoga Community College, Franciscan University of Steubenville, Gilmour Academy, Kent State University - Stark Campus, Lakeland Community College, Ohio University, and University of Toledo.
In 2007, Maggie received the Society for Foodservice Management's annual Spirit Award , given by the Board of Directors for Outstanding Volunteer Service to the organization.

BARBARA CLEMENS
Office Director/Project Manager Food Write
Barbara began her career as a legal secretary working in private law. She moved to Dallas, Texas to work for the Sheraton Corporation as Administrative Assistant to the Controller. She left to join the Government/Business Affairs Department at Dresser Industries Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, where she was responsible for assembling and compiling data for export trade licenses, S.I.C. Codes, boycotts, anti-trust, environmental matters , and mergers and acquisitions.
Barbara went to work for Honda Manufacturing International in Marysville, Ohio, where she worked in Purchasing and moved to the PC Section supporting all aspects of PC's for the Marysville Plant. Some of her functions related to hardware equipment and software included: project management; identifying technology to meet corporate needs; testing, purchasing and implementing new software; department budgeting; teaching software classes; support; and developing standards and procedures.
Barbara joined Corporate Dining, Inc. and Campus Dining, Inc. in 1998. Her current role includes the development of surveys, assisting with the development of RFP's, providing project and documentation support, and office administration.
Some of the college and university projects she has worked on include University of Toledo, John Carroll University, Ohio University, The College of the Holy Cross, Notre Dame University, University of Central Florida and Duke University .
