What does it cost me?
FoodMark® is a financial and statistical monitoring program to measure the efficiency of college and university foodservice facilities and Dining Services. It is a confidential clearinghouse of on-site Dining Services financial and statistical data for the use of clients.

It is the only service of its kind.
To date, over 150 colleges and universities have participated in the data exchange, establishing industry standards for Key performance Indicators in Board and Retail Dining outlets.
FoodMark® Partners receive:
- A semester statistical report comparing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to like and similar facilities in the database, based on building population.
- A semester teleconference with Campus Dining, Inc. This provides observations and recommendations on statistical and financial performance, trends, and current operations.
- Final Reports of the independent research conducted by Campus Dining, Inc., such as the Annual Pricing Study, Meal Plan Study, Self-Operated or Contract Operated, etc.
- Invitations to participate in professional FoodMark® Workshops at no charge.
