The number one priority of our Dining Services clients is the safety and well being of others. They ask, “Are we doing the tasks we are supposed to be doing to protect the customers, owners and workers?”
Success in Quality Assurance is best achieved through establishing a rapport with your culinary and dining teams. Engaged staff members who understand the proper guidelines will protect you and your customers.
FoodExcel is Campus Dining, Inc.’s Quality Assurance process. The on-site evaluation of current methods and practices is asked in the form of questions to reduce the anxiety or fears of your on-site dining team.
Levels of focus vary, from the simple, quick measurements of short evaluations to detailed full-day monitoring reviews.
Your team establishes your standards of performance.
Your standards are then developed into a series of questions with associated, weighted scores.
The full Continuous Improvement Program requires one of our own trained team members to spend a full working day on-site. During that time, they cover all aspects and processes of the Dining Services, from food handling and sanitation to cashier skills and customer service standards.
